MFC not updating credit bureau after auctioning vehicle!

A vehicle that MFC financed for me was repossessed and auctioned and i was left with an access amount of about R240k. The account was handed over to a debt collector with the access amount. I raised my concern with the debt collector that MFC has not updated credit bureau as my credit report still reflects that my repayment is above 9k monthly whereas i have made a payment arrangement with the debt collector for a lesser amount. The debt collector has forwarded my complaint but no change has been effected by MFC. Please someone attend to this because it is wrong and ********.
