Mfc not treating customers

I am currently financing two vehicles with MFC I hear people being excited about getting skip payment for December , when I call they say none of my vehicles qualified for the skip payment and when I ask the reasons no one can tell me which I find quite unfair and not being treated fairly! I guess mfc does not treat customers fairly
