MFC NOT RELEASING MY CAR

You guys repossessed my car and then I made payment the following day, Phumelela Magazi then sent a statement of additional charges that were never disclosed totaling to R11000, I paid that amount again and sent all the documents required and there still is no response on when I can collect my car and it is frustrating because your call center says there is no direct line to get to the legal team and I just want an update because I paid and it seems like you want to keep the car on you longer so you can keep adding charges which is very unfair
