MFC not picking up their phones

I have been calling MFC for a balance on account no one is picking up, I get through to Ruby from MFC and explains to her that she must'nt put my call through again because no one is picking up and excercise lasted for half an hour. Her reply "If they are not answering their phones, there is nothing I can do about it because it means i need to get off from my seat and look for them, but I can take a message." If I were your boss I will fire you. Try to use your words wisely, eg. unfortunatly they not available right now can I take a message and have someone call you back? In what bush or veld did they pick you up darling.
