MFC not honoring contract premium deduction date

I received an sms a while back stating that MFC want to deduct my vehicle premium earlier than my agreed contract. I had the option to reply to the sms "yes" or "no". I chose "no" so that the premium must not be deducted earlier but MFC went ahead with the premium deduction on 18 December 2023. The call centre agent only stated that he is sorry it happened and I should send mail to his supervisor to reverse the payment , but it will take 3 to 5 days. No response received from the manager. Why did I sign a contract and agreed to a premium deduction date, but MFC does not honor the agreement? How many people out there did they now take money from outside of the agreed contract who cannot afford it. If MFC is worried for not getting their money due to the festive season it is not my problem. I honor my contract and ensure the money is available on the agreed date. This is not the first time, so what is MFC going to do about this matter????
