MFC not honoring arrangements

I made an arrangement with the bank to freeze my payments for 3 months due to decreased wages during this COVID-19 pandemic and it was approved, the bank went ahead and deducted anyway,I can’t even pay rent let alone buy groceries to top it off they were the ones who offered to freeze my payments in the first place now I’m told to wait for their collections department to contact me.
