mfc not helpful during shutdown

i had lost my job few months back i did miss few payments however i did pay the full outstanding amount on the third month i started a new job and C19 shutdown came along, i did cal them to assist however they do not want to without a letter for loss of income. these banks say they going to help in this time however dont want to.. forces my hand to not pay at all
