MFC not assisting its own clients.

Good morning, I called MFC Nedbank to make an arrangement for my car as I've been negatively affected by the continued lockdown and restrictions. Note my company is in the Retail and Hospitality industry and I've told MFC this when trying to make the arrangement. MFC's response was that they cant help me as they alredy helped me for 9 months.. Note 3 months starting end of April to June on a pay holiday.. after that I made an arrangement to pay 50 % of my instalment. that's from July to September. Note that i only started going back to work August on 40 % of my salary. I call MFC again to extend the 50 % arrangement that was made. i get through to a call centre and the GUY that I spoke to and I quote ( his words was to me.. sir sell the car if you cant afford the car !) I was shocked upset.. I don't understand how they can tell you that knowing its a pandemic and I'm trying my upmost best to carry on with paying some money that's way better than nothing. also this is people that wasn't negatively affected with covid and here me that's earning 40 % of my salary trying to put food on the table and they tell me straight nope they will not help and I need to sell my car and get a cheaper car.. how i would get another car is beyond me as i wont qualify for finance again as my salary was negatively affected not because I don't want to pay but because of the pandemic. October they debit the full amount.. note also that the interest being charged to this account is soo much flip but yeah what can one do. i try again to make an arrangement 50 % and its approved.. why God is good. that's from November to January.. so now I've been trying to make an arrangement for one more month 50 % reduced payment end of February. note I did not say I wouldn't pay.. I'm trying to pay 50 % also my account is not in arrears , i mentioned to MFC that I'm starting a new job 1 March and they can resume to normal payments as ill be sorted. MFC tells me they cant help me as they already helped me for 9 months.. so the pandemic was 9 months and now its done. The economy will take 2 years if not more to recover but MFC only wants to help you for 9 months even though I've been making payments of 50 %. The interest being charged is beyond be but what can i do.. the same people that's saying no has food on the table money in their accounts to carry om with normal life.. the guy me that's affected trying to sort out finances gets told again.. you need to sell the car... note if i sold the car.. how do i get to work to make money to pay for the car to put food on the table.. MFC has no empathy with regards to people struggling. i did not refuse to pay I'm trying to do the right thing but the MFC is a disgusting attitude really disgusting.

I'm putting this here because I'm not the only one struggling with MFC.. Standard bank is still assisting me with a 50 % reduced bond payment.. what's the problem with MFC.. if another wave hits.. the hospitality and retail industry will be affected again.. with restrictions then what will happen then ??

again I stress the point that I'm trying to pay what i can afford but yet MFC words are.. I cant help you as i already helped you. Ref number to the call at 4pm call ref 227396 i asked the guy to send it to me in written and he wouldn't .. My ID ***
