MFC not accepting offer

I hope someone can assist me. I have been unemployed for almost 2 years now and as a result I couldn’t pay for my vehicle. Now I got a job 2 months ago and I’ve been trying to make an arrangement but no one wants to help me. I spoke to a guy from Mfc court case department by the name of Thabo Mokoena who shouted at me for no reason and he immediately declined my offer to make a payment arrangement. I then when to the lawyers of MFC Aucamp&gron and they said I should put my offer in writing. My 1st offer was the instalment plus R2000 which was declined by Refelwe who was dealing with the case. I then wrote a second offer of Instalment plus R5000 and till this day no one has responded to that offer. Now the Reposetion buy wants me to hand over the car. Please I don’t want to lose my car. Can someone please help me to make an arrangement and I will pay from this month end. I will do anything to save my car. Please assist to escalate my issue.
