MFC NOT ACCEPTING no pay letter from my company, and gets repo people to bother my whole family

Mfc does nothing to help their customers durimg this lockdown, i get letters from work saying i am not back at work yet but they refuse my letters from my work and get car Repo people to harass my family telling them i paid my account 9 months but got the car in desember, and that he wants to lock me up, and this Ferdie guy keaps ons calling my family mebers and i never recieved one call from him,, so am i not the guy owning the car? Why torment my mother and grandmother. That is really not right. Dont know what to do, maby i have to go get my own lawyer and hear what they have to say about this
