MFC NON DISCLOSURE AFFECTING ME ADVERSELY

If offer for payment holiday taken up, is this considered debt review? Is this considered as ‘slow payer’ with judgement?

I am cordially reaching out to understand the following: I have recently submitted application for credit rating and was advised that the above holiday has been recorded adversely against my name. When I read about this offer on NEDBANK's website nothing was mentioned about this affecting your credit rating, I was advised that the term would actually be extended by 3 months? I fail to understand how this would then reflect as default on payments for these 3 months? Please confirm exactly the nature of the description loaded against my profile with the credit bureau? It is my understanding that a Financial Services Provider would be required to divulge these details to a client at sale stage. Surely a disclosure of this nature would be material to the product concerned? I do not recall being advised of this at any stage. If I had been I would responsibly have opted out. I have now been placed in an adverse predicament due to non-disclosure. Surely this is not in the spirit of FAIS or obligations as an FSP?
