MFC - No customer service

I have requested a full statement for all my debt review payments made, yet after 3 emails to request, 50 phonecalls to the number given of Phumzile at MFC, I have received no assistance. Phumzile never answers her phone, or replies to any emails. How is that fair, or is MFC hiding something from me. Maybe Im paying for no reason
