MFC - no customer service

I have changed my details and tried to resolve and issue regarding payments that I haven’t been able to make due to a SARS lockdown on my account. I have emailed and called, and no one is able to assist or rectify. They send collectors after me even though I try daily to rectify via email and calls. Terrible service . I’m at my wits end.
