MFC never assist

I have been phoning MFC to restructure my shortfall and make payments arrangements the person that is handling my case is Dumisani Nyembe his phone is never working they don’t reply to emails or even call you back, i ask to speak to team leader which is Philani ndaba I never got hold of him, this division of Nedbank is useless, try by all means not to be associated with these who never take their clients seriously
