MFC (NEDBANK) will not return money due to me

In October 2011 I entered an Installment Agreement Acc *** with MFC a Division of Nedbank to finance a VW over 60 months, at R1786.83 monthly commencing 01/12/2011.<br> On 29th June 2015 this account was settled, 20 months early.<br> According to MFC R1553 was paid in excess of the settlement. This amount should be refunded, but MFC have not done so. Instead requesting a bank statement to verify the account. Emailed this twice, with NO RESPONSE.
