MFC Nedbank ******* that takes from the poor

In December I had to pay for my car service, while I did a complaint they send me a mail to cover half the cost in January but up until today I haven't received a cent and for that reason, I would recommend staying away far as possible from MFC Nedbank. NG/SO/*** reference from the email.
