MFC / Nedbank The Utter Cheek is Beyond me

MFC ( Nedbank ) had the utter gall to give me insurance for my already insured vehicle where they had already received proof of insurance. I have an email telling me they have 'cancelled' the insurance policy. No written consent, no signature and above all no analysis of my needs was done by Nedbank. I am gob smacked that under The New Credit Act a company can do these things.
