Mfc Nedbank *****ing our money

When i bought a car in 2018 aug we told mrs Storm Faure that she must not give out our tel nr to anyone luttle did we know that she gave it to Regent insurance. We received a forged signature on the contract. I told regent to stop debuting my account at Mfc which they agreed but they say they are not going to refu d me because tbey got the money from Mfc Nedbank and not from me, yst Nedbank was debiting my account and crediting Regent insurance. Plse help me to recovdr my money. I have a copy ofthe policy with the forged signature
