MFC NEDBANK ********

I have been hopelessly trying to make contact with MFC with regards to my sickly father's account. I have sent through all documents required from then to assist me but not once have I gotten as far as speaking with the agent that handles his account. Now I am told they will Repo the car where as I am trying to make payment arrangements since last year I literally have been on hold today for over half an hour ! Everytime they put me through to different people that puts me through to another person. How am I supposed to get this matter resolved if they don't want it resolved. Feels like a **** using their finance
