MFC Nedbank - request for Natis papers since 11 March 2020

SHOCKING service - I agree RUNNNNN!!! Gatvol. AS there is no complaints department for MFC I am using this platform to share... starting date: 11 March 2020 app**** and pay for NATIS papers as I lost all my paperwork in Knysna Fire. Car paid in full a coupe of years back. SINCE all I get is a email letter "Confirmation of settlement" (12/3/2020) papers will be couriered to you in 21 days... lock down level 1 has come and gone.... picked it up calling, emailing proof of payment for papers, plus this letter, speaking to the 0860... number, and all they do is say I will be called back on the day with report.... and have the cheek to change the date on the confirmation paper I all ready have!!!!!
