I have been trying to get a statement to see how much I still owe for the car. They said I must do it on writing which has never been the case from 2019. This happened recently on August 2024. They refuse to send my monthly statement like they used to before. I don't know what changed but this is a very bad experience. Even when I call they still refuse. First they said send an email, now it's write a letter in your own handwriting. Maki g up excuses as always
