MFC NEDBANK

Have a fixed debit order on my account bit this month someone decided to collect the fixed amount and the normal u authorized debit as well. I reversed the premium which dhoul have been in my account in 48 hours -still nothing and the answer is it should reflect Lodged a complaint had a call with no explanation - hurry up and wait in the meanwhile i am stressed as my drbit orders will be collected. Will MFC pay the notification costs😡😡😡
