MFC Nedbank Disgusting ****s

I am utterly disgusted and disappointed by Nedbank MfC's conduct, is it even allowed that they come to my place to look for me? This is my second car that is financed by MfC and I will never ever again use them in future. Firstly the dealership sold me a car that started giving me issues and when I wanted to take it back MfC didn't come to my aid. To cut the story short, this vehicle has been poking the hole in my pockets because there will always be something I need to replace on the car. Last year I missed one month payment because I had to sort it out. I tried to arrange with MfC for payment arrangements but they didn't want to assist. Now they are telling me about about arrears that I need to settle even when I told them I can't afford that unless we make arrangement or they add one month into my contract. My contract is ending in 2025 and they think they are clever by forcing me to surrender the car after so many years? What kind of nonsense is that. For the mere fact that I missed one month payment. I'm so utterly disgusted and disappointed. This is a lesson and never will I associate myself with these ****s. So I must surrender the car with just next year to finish it so that you can make more money with it, I wanted to surrender the vehicle with a year because I saw it was going to cost me. I even reported to Ombudsman but they were useless as they did not assist me.
