MFC nedbank disappoint

On the 17th april i inquired for a holiday relief for my car with Mfc nedbank via email which was responded to, on the 20th i called to follow up and was told debit order for april has ready been put into place but they have agreed to give holiday relief for May June n July 2020, May came n boom the debit order goes off after it was agreed no debits, i inquired last week and got told it's still with the accounts department..

Im very upset n disappointed after it was noted tht the holiday relief was sorted
