MFC / NEDBANK CAR FINANCE

This is probably the third car I have finance with MFC, so give or take I have been with them for more than 8 years. My current vehicle with them is 12 months from being paid off, after 5 years faithful payments.

I called MFC to ask for a payment break since I had fallen on hard times. I had family emergencies and would not be able to make a payment for three months.

They proceeded to tell me that my emergencies were not emergencies, and that they would not grant me a break.

Long story short, I missed two payments and they are coming to fetch the car.

Gone are the days when I will finance with MFC again. I could really tell that they don't give customers a hearing ear. That they don't take your loyalty to heart. That they actually prefer for you to lose the car than for both parties to work out an agreement.
