MFC NedBank Car Finance

I would NEVER have signed with MFC Nedbank for Motor Finance if I knew what I know now! I WOULD NOT recommend doing finance with them! 1 They call you NON STOP at work where we are not allowed to have phones or be on it and I did tell them please call after work but they never do they call more than once a day while I am working 2 They people there are SO RUDE like I am a paying customer but are so rude to me even saying things like where will you get the money if you dont have a service plan and when I want to speak to the manager and tell him what happend he also does not even care! 3 They call my work place where I am busy with working that is unprofessional 4 They deducted my last christmas money I was supposed to use on 14 Des 2023 where I gave no permission and even rep**** on an SMS no do not de**** it should be the normal day at the end on the month. They took the money earlier and I did not have my salary yet so they left me with R100 in my bank account and when I called and emailed they also did not really care. I am still waiting for my money

PLEASE I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! Rather try Standard bank or any other place because MFC NedBank is the worst and they dont care about the customer they just want money!
