MFC, Nedbank, and Happy motor are the worst companies in South Africa

I am writing this review to remind customer not to take the cars through nedbank, mfc and happy motor. I bought my car through MFC. Their service was the worst and happy motor was the worst. I cancelled my insurance with happy motors in 2023. I got my own insurance. My premium for car was about R4500...interested has gone down more than twice...but I tell the service by MFC is disgusting....I decided to pay a R1000 extra on my car so I cannot settle my car as soon as possible. Today I got a message that mfc and happy is going to place an insurance on my which I don't want cause I have my own....so I am taking this matter to the ombudsman without immediate effect...people please be careful with Nedbank, MFC and Motor, these are not companies which you want to engage with. Their, service are terrible, their consultants and teamleader are rude and disrespectful.....and I think it worst because they like to bully people .....

Please take note I am logging call with the Ombudman, it best to settle it there I am so tired of MFC, NEDBANK AND HAPPY MOTOR.....I am so glad I never took up my account with Nedbank......it's the disrespectfulness these people have for your money, acting like they did me a favour hence I have not once default on my payments and I am paying over and above I should pay. I have been adhearing to the contract that was signed. No wonder people prefer debt review because these banking are insufferable.

Please note, I am currently filling in document through the ombudsman, as they emailed me. These are following companies which customer should be of Nedbank, MFC, Liquid capital and Happy Motor, these are the companies who needs to be sorted. They do not following ruling of NCA, and etc....there are trying to hurt people because they are not making money because of their bad business practices. My encourage to people or customer, please stay away from these companies....they have no integrity, service always bad and they do not follow the guide lines which has been set by the ombudsman of the motor industries.....So Happy Motor and MFC show me that you go into my account without my permission.......you will not bully me taking you terrible cover....
