MFC Nedbank agents harassing clients

Getting harassed on the 25th and caller stating my account is in arrears. My debit order went of 24 March at 12 at night and getting harassed on the very next day - bear in mind my debit order date is for the 25th. It is now exactly 17:50 on the 25th and I am getting harassed.
