MFC Nedbank

Very disappointed. Paid up my car. Need to get the change of ownership papers from MFC Nedbank. No reply. I have sent more that 3 emails in as many days. No responses. But it says very clearly that if I do not get the papers in 21 days, I will be liable for the cost of the reprinting. I would just like acknowledgement of the email
