MFC Nedbank

I called 3 days ago to ask for my payment date to be changed to the 31/12 as my salary date has been changed . I was told it would be discussed with a supervisor when I called again today I was told the other agent should have told me it could not be done . Which is then an omission from the company side . It is Christmas and I have no salary I found the company very unsympathetic. I was told I must let my account go I to arrears which I have never done . No Christmas spirit or empathy was shown from this company . Very sad and uncaring causing me great difficulty and stress at this time .
