MFC / NEDABANK ---- WHERE IS YOUR CODE OF CONDUCT?

Could the legal Department of MFC kindly go for legal Training --- together with Halfway Toyota -- OTTERY -- they do not consolidate documents , write in different info on the MFC document -- namely car colour , mileage --- and it took MFC 2 months to register the car in my client's name --- what happened to 21 days and where was the paper permit ?--- there was not one --- during the 'Cooling Off Period "I informed the bank that there were problems -- take back YOUR CAR as the car is not registered in my client's name -- my client did not have a copy of the registration papers nor the licence disc for which he agreed to an amount of R2 800 . MFC , I thought you acted to a code of conduct ? this time it went down the drain .
