MFC-MOTOR FINANCING-STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!

I had my car financed with them, NEVER AGAIN and signed a form that my payment may only be deducted AFTER THE 25TH OF EACH MONTH. Needless to say they often do it before the 25 when there is no money in the account, and I incur the costs. Because they are at fault I must get a bank statement from them and post it to them and they will review it-WHAT UTTER NONSENSE. The person I spoke to on the phone justify their action because I WAS SENT A MESSAGE. The message states that my debit order will be collected between 24 FEBRUARY AND 26 FEBRUARY...AND WAIT FOR IT, THE DEBIT ORDER WILL ONLY BE DEBITED FROM YOU BANK ACCOUNT IF THE FULL INSTALMENT AMOUNT IS AVAILABLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! but they still deduct even if the balance is ***! The person on this phone sounds like a tape recorder, practised this verse many times and just says it is a pending debit order-but still it goes off-without your permission and without any money in the account, contrary to all you sign and what they inform you. VERY UNHELPFUL AND NOT TRUE TO WHAT YOU SIGN-MAKE THEIR OWN RULES AND REGUALTIONS.
