MFC (Motor Finance Corporation) bad service

I am experiencing nightmare with MFC regarding insurance on my car. The agency (Motorhappy) and the insurer (SAU) have sent me proof of insurance that I have now forwarded to MFC as they requested proof that their vehicle is protected against any losses

To cut the long story short I sent them over 3 emails and have attached proof that my car is insured with SA-Underwritters.. the problem comes when I try to follow up with MFC to get them to verify and acknowledge that they received the proof of cover... It is absolute silence from them ... They gave me an email address (MHValidations@nedbank)... I sent the proof to this address so many times I even called to enquire to check if it's been received but no assistance whatsoever...

What makes matters worse is they have included their own insurance premium on my instalment so I'm paying 2 insurance premiums on 1 car... When I contact them they refer me to Motorhappy...when I contact Motorhappy they refer me to MFC

I'm so frustrated I regret ever working with MFC...

All I need is just for them to confirm receipt of my proof of cover and cancel the insurance they have imposed upon me...

I'm extremely unhappy with MFC
