MFC Motor Finance Company - do not even consider them please

This company really do not have it together. I have been trying to get the registration document back from them for months now. I finished paying last year.

The car is in my ex wife's name. It must go into my name. So, I asked for the papers. They sent their requirements for met to ask that, and that I understand. So, I contacted my ex wife who gave them everything they asked for. Still nothing. Then I contacted them again. Again they asked for a letter from her. It was provided again. Then they wanted confirmation from her about the address it had to be delivered to. She phoned them and gave it. Then they said they will do the whole transaction for R470. I said yes. ... Nothing. I contacted them again and the person promised to rather just send the registration docs to me. I gave the address again. 10 days passed. I emailed to inquire. To which the person said "Must it be sent to this address". So nothing was done. Then he promised within the next two working days. Today I get an email to ask for permission from my ex wife - which I have sent twice before - and she phoned them - and she sent it herself. I answered with this and have had no response since. No one is interested to help. Worst is you have one email to send everything. If the answer they do not give a persons name, so you cannot follow up. You cannot complain. There is not complaint department, no manager, no other email and you don't know who to complain about or to. I even threatened them because it is a court order that the car must be transferred into my name. And they are preventing it - still no one cares. So think twice before using this MFC division of Nedbank. (Just to compare. I got the registration docs from ABSA within a day.)
