MFC marketing on freezing accounts to assist is a hoax!!!!
Started beginning of Nov to get MFC to assist with freezing Debit order for 2 months, as i started a new job and salary will be adjust ed in 2020 - then I can afford premiums on car. I have done the letters etc. Today is 22nd get a call to say they can only do 50% because i am working - i asked to have it escalated to a team leader - who can assist - an hour i have been hanging on. MFC , I am trying to keep my name clean but your shocking service allows clients just fall away - quick to take my business but i make advance arrangements for what
