MFC making false promises in writing

I just want to say MFC is lousy AND untruthful because they are lying... Why?

Well I app**** for vehicle finance online just to see if I do not qualify what the reasons are and what can I do to fix it. Now they have filed a hard report on the credit buro, which affects my credit score.

But the reason for writing this review is especially because of this e mail they have sent me:

Your MFC application REF *** Dear Jj Thanks for submitting your application. We’ll get back to you within 2 business days with the outcome of your assessment. Regards MFC Direct

(Firstly my name is JJ and not Jj) Right so they blatantly lie in this email. "We'll get back to you in 2 business days with the outcome of your assessment".

That right there is a blatant lie by MFC. Because they didn't get back after 2 business days. Not 4 business days... Not ever. Since 5 December.

This is bad taste of a major finance company like MFC that prove themselves not trustworthy. How can you tell someone in writing you will get back to them within 2 working days and then not do it. At all. Never.

I assume that in this case my application was turned down. So if one is not good enough for MFC (Nedbank), to make money from, then you are not even worth "getting back" to.

I feel offended.

The main reason for my application was to know WHY I am being refused so I can fix it. (Also because there is an amount of R8000+ being shown on itc as a net salary expense, which is wrong as this amount is already deducted from my salary)

So sending someone a promise of feedback in 2 days and then not doing it is low class.

I want anyone reading this and considering using MFC online application to be warned DO NOT!

They will only immediately list a Hard Inquiry on itc that damages your profile and secondly they will promise feedback in 2 days when they don't. And just ignore you because you are not a worthy client.

MFC - please do not send mails with promises that you can't or won't or don't keep.

If you say you will give feedback in 2 days DO IT! If you won't DO NOT send mails with promises you don't keep.
