M.F.C LYING TO THERE CLIENTS

My car was payed up to date till lockdown started.For the first three months of lockdown I try to contact M.F.C to make arrangements for my account, I am a musician for the past 45 years and the first time I bought a car through the bank,so I was not fimi**** with procedures.When I finally got hold of somebody they made an arrangement for 2 month payment holiday due covid.Needless to say they **** to me telling me no we wont reposses your car we are not like the people in America that just take your car, we are sending someone just to inspect it. A guy called Ryno came,took the car now I,m sitting no car, no way to get to a gig to make money to pay for the car. I received a statement saying to get my car ack I need to pay almost 18200. that is for towing storage and some other stuff,and yet there was no towing involved. I did not hide the car or tried to run away. I did not stop paying because I did not want to. Payment stopped because of covid 19. Now if I do get a gig I cant do it.My car was part of my equipment to make a living. I have not mentioned trying to make money to feed my children I have never refused to pay for my car I was denied from doing so.If M,f.c personal had been honest I might have been in a position to make aplan to save my car.
