MFC *******ly debiting my account

******. Extended my contract duration without my consent. I made prior arrangements for my balloon payment to be paid on the 26th as per our agreement 5 years ago. On the first I wrote an email repeating the same thing. I put dates and fulfilled each one of those dates. When the date of the last instalment came, MFC helped themselves to a lower instalment and extended their own contract without my consent.
