MFC looses contact with an entire department!

How can such a large corporation offer such appauling service?!

I was in a horrific accident which has cost me the inconvenience of my car being written off. Luckily, my insurance handled my claim smoothly and now when I'm trying to finalise my account MFC, they're giving me the runaround!

This Masentle person who is supposed to be handling my account is MIA; along with every person in her department. How can an entire department disappear from the face of the earth for 3 days!!!! Now I'm being debitted for a car I no longer have and an account that is supposed to be settled!

How does MFC expect me to continue with them if they cannot keep track of their own employees in ONE DEPARTMENT!

Its bad enough one has to deal with the trauma of an accident, acts of incompitency should not be dealt with at all!

I will no longer do business with MFC if this is how they handle their clients. A car is a substantial asset and it is evident that good clients do not get FAIR and APPROPRIET treatment!

I am disgusted!

Hi Louis,
You've had an entire day yesterday to get clarity on this matter, please provide feedback.
There's still the issue of the debit order that was not supposed to go off in the first place.
I was given irrelevant information about calculations that needed to be made for the settlement of my account even though I have shortfall cover. Now the company that is responsible for the shortfall cover has been given an incorrect amount due to that debit order.
I want my money refunded to me and I refuse to be held responsible for any deviations in the amounts due. It is not my problem that your Legal Department did not proceed with assisting me timeously, it is also not my problem that they are still not sticking to their own turnaround times.
As previously pointed out to Masentle and Collin, I want this sorted NOW as I need to get another vehicle and move on with my life. I have work commitments and this whole thing is a gross hinderance on my ability to get back to my normal routine.

Nombeko
