Mfc log book

I have paid off my car with mfc end of january 2023, i called to request my log book to be delivered to nedbank branch. Called them again and they asked proof of payment, sent it on 8th of March 2023 and requested to be delivered at home, still nothing. Wrote a complaint to them on the 4th May 2023, still nothing. This organisation is just nonsense.
