My MFC account is in their legal department. It is occurring absorbently high monthly legal fees that I did not agree to.

There is no court order or summons issue to justify the legal fees. I have asked for an explanation on how the legal fees are constructed without a reply.

I also asked to see the documents that ai has agreed upon that enforce their right to charges these fees, no reply.

The settlement amount is greater than the balance owing to date, requested an explanation no reply.

I was also told I need to phone or email to request a statement for they do not have to forward me a copy periodically.

I require assistance to expropriate this matter for they just ignore my request for reasonable information to my account.
