MFC Kicking a grieving familty when we are down.
My father bought a car as well as insurance from MFC.Sadly my father passed away.At the time of his passing all installments/premiums were paid up to date.We put in a claim for insurance and unhappy with their service referred matter to FAISOmbudsman as we legally allowed to.The matter is pending with the ombudsman. We have been receiving calls from ppl calming to work for MFC.Initially we received a call for inspection.I arranged a time and noone showed up.From last week i have now been receiving calls from two other 'BANK OFFICIALS' who want me to sign a 'VOLUNTARY SURRENDER FORM\ .The person that called resorted to threatening me to sign the form by telling me he was going to get an order against my name and me dead fathers estate has to pay costs. He refused to listen and became very hostile saying that he will definitely get the car from me and kept threatening with an order. Is this how MFC treat people in such a situation?I suspect he is not from the bank. If he is I WANT THE RECORDING as banks record all this right? Is forcing someone voluntary surrender. There was a High court case recently which you should look at CASE NO: 580/2013 MVUYISILE MESHACK MAQEDA vs STD BANk and DOJ"
