MFC Keyboard Warriors
Good Evening, this is more to the clowns in MFC sitting in offices making decisions and not knowing what is happening in the real world. These people should not be in the position they are, because they are costing the brand money and not thinking to grow the business.
Nedbank has recently been implicated for some dodging dealings in the Zondo Commission, saying this some of the big shots know for a fact that your time as Nedbank will come to face the music, how many clients will you be losing in this little mess. So surely someone in charge should be focusing on retaining customers instead of losing them and getting as much new business in as possible yet, no.
The poor consultants try their best to assist the dealerships and customers, but they still answer to the person on the other side of the line, whether its a phone call or email.
So my problem is I wanted to buy a new car 2021 model, I previously cancelled a deal with a dealership due to the F&I taking time and always saying the invoice is coming the contract is coming and nothing ever happens.
So I decided to buy a new one from another dealership, 1stly my deal was declined due to the previous one still being on the system, that was resolved by the consultants i dealt with , great job. I was given approval 96 months to pay , with 10% linked. Now that is where the issue started 10% linked, while this is on a 2021 model, and the previous one was a 2014 model selling for around R200 000, the 2021 for R444 318. But I get 10% linked. The 2014 I got a 9.95 fixed and a 9.5 linked, I questioned it, then I got offered a 9.95 fixed on the new one for 2021. I said that makes no sense, the consultant tried and came up with a 9.30% fixed rate. He tried, and his service has been great as well as for the lady via email and telephonically.
I then said I am not wasting any more time with this, i notified the consultant and dealership that I am canceling the deal, I am not begging any bank for nothing, during this time someone from Nedbank credit card phoned me and approved a new credit card limit of R14000. I cancelled that as well. Rather not.
So now some of the big shots wait (so called wane be big shots might look at this and say who cares, do we need the business). Well you just chucked away a brand new car deal, surely you should not get paid, you lost the company (bank) call it R600 000 plus with interest.
The fact that you can insult the intelligence of you clients by offering them that shameful excuse of a rate for a brand new car is shocking, hey but who cares right. Well my insurances cares I spoke to them ad the dropped my insurance by R1000 so that they can assist me in getting this car and staying with them. That's why I will never change insurance. That is the reason they are one of the top insurance companies on Hellopeter.
So well done to the keyboard warrior who does not see clients as paying your salary, but just a number or sale. 9.30% please just because I said hang on what's happening here, R223000 and 7 years difference between the 2 vehicles and you have to be begged to drop it, then a 2nd time you come up with 9.30.
Do the math to what you would have gotten to what you have now. Well done sparky.
The consultants had nothing but good service and trying, but at the end the keyboard warriors sitting in offices making terrible decisions getting paid the big bucks for losing customers are to blame here. So in half a day you lost a total of R444 318 plus R14000 that is almost half a million, I take it Nedbank and MFC can afford losses like that. Who cares right.
Don't worry you time will come, and customers like us, will be missed.
