MFC *** experience

*** experience, I bought a BMW 316i car last year November with MFC. just within 6 months I started having problems with this car, I lodged a complain since May to date,.i dont know whether I am being ignored as client or they dont have time to look at my emails, nor respond and pick up their direct lines. Esmeralda Bagley and Shawn Fillander suck at what they do. I have not received any feedback or calls about my paper trail of emails sent to them and the BMW dealer. This is really a nightmare I have been a good customer since my first car.....I am so disappointed and angry.....
