MFC is useless

Terrible assistance. I was retrenched and sent them relevant documents, but they do not respond. This was last month already. They do not respond to emails at all. When you phone they say you must wait. They sound just like the department of labour, useless. They do not have the ability to assist you. They are quick to send collection emails, but they do not reply to the emails you sent with the documents that they need to process. Terrible service!!!
