MFC is the worst to do business with

I app**** for vehicle finance almost 2 weeks ago at We Buy Cars JHB South > deal was approved they just needed the rental contracts. Sent that through 3 times no one comes back to me whatsoever. Decided to phone the MFC this morning and have been transferred from pillar to post and I must say MFC have some of the rudest staff in the industry, unhelpful, not sincere, and completely disconnected with client service. The last call I made this morning trying to explain my concern the lady told me they not suppose to speak to clients and drop the call in my ear. I've spent over 2 hours trying to find out what is going on with my deal and still no one is able to come back to me. I don't know what is going on between We Buy Cars and MFC but something is definitely out of place. I am not even worried about the application anymore my biggest disappointment is the attitude and rudeness of MFC staff > they financed my NP200 which I want to trade for another bakkie, but I can guarantee you this will be the very last time I do business with MFC. Save yourself the painful process of doing business with MFC insist at the dealership that they give all other banks options at We Buy Cars and always call the bank yourself to ensure what they received all the information and that it was submitted correctly to the other banks.
