MFC is the worst ever

MFC is pathetic!!! My husband changed his bank account details which they did not do on the system So the payment did not go through. Within 3 days (still in the same month) they gave him over to debt collectors. Saying we don't have until the end of the month to pay. Useless!!!! Now we have to pay extra charges because of that. Also receiving threatening messages and emails
