MFC is the terrible

This has to be the most not recommended Motor Finance Company in this country! My vehicle was repossessed on the 12 March 2021 in default arreas of R8166.62. To my suprise I am due to pay on the 1st of every month whereas I've been paying the vehicle on the 25th since 2017. Anyway, I signed the surrender of goods on the 12th of March and I was informed by the collector (Thulani Nkosi), that the vehicle would be kept for 21 days before it gets sold. With R200K+ left to pay for the vehicle the sworn appraiser valued the car for R76000 that's a huge debt of R124000 to pay the bank should the car gets sold. Literally 7 business later (24 March 2021), I called MFC and spoke to a lady named Itumeleng Mokaba who then has informed me that she needed to do calculations first before I pay the vehicle out and will call me back to explain the process further. I then received an sms stating the release I need to pay R11486.62 that's and additional R3370 (with no explanation) after 7 business days! I have sent emails, I tried calling reaching out to Estelle Wheeler no response whatsoever. Bear in mind that the vehicle was not collected by a 3rd party! and their customer service is BS!
