Mfc is terrible!!!

I'm very unhappy with MFC. My installment has always been deducted from my salary on time. Last month mfc tried to deduct the money on the 12th, and then the 13th of March. I only get paid on the 25th of March. After this, they tried once again to deduct the installment on the 22nd of March. I got paid on the 25th of March, and MFC NEVER tried to collect the money from my account again. After alot of trouble I managed to get a hold of someone in the collections department. I explained the situation and they said the money will be deducted the next day. Fast forward another three days, the money is still in my account and mfc sends me an email to say that I will be black listed if i dont pay my installment. On the pphone with someone again, explaining my situation again. The money will be deducted the next day. The money still wasn't deducted. I had to do an eft payment after all this!!! How useless is mfc??? I've never missed in installment, now because of their incompetency I get into trouble? When i was on the phone i asked to change personal information such as my address. I received an email with an addendum to say information was changed but all my same details are there... Nothing changed! I will never recommend mfc to anyone i know. Useless costumer service!!
