MFC is pathetic

MFC feels nothing for their clients. I fell into a bit of a financial hole and found it would be the right move to go under debt counseling, i proceed to inform all my debtors including mfc, in the beginning had no problem but later down the line they started calling and emailing looking for money telling me my car was behind and so fourth. Contacted my debt counseling saw they were catching on nonsense so i went to another company which was a lot better. Informed mfc of what had happened and managed to pay up the interest, was told everything will be sorted only to be fighting with them the last 3 weeks about the same problem getting calls , emails, whatsapps and sms to say my car is behind again. Did some digging only to be told that some stupid person at mfc that doesnt know how to do their job correctly never processed my paperwork to say i had payday the car. I'm sitting back at square one fighting the same battle to keep my car while every day im contacted by people working at mfc wanting money or threatening to take my car while im trying my best to keep them happy by even paying about 80% of my original installment and yet they still not happy and messaging looking for more , if i could afford what they asking then i could just have well left the debt counseling and payed them the full amount because what they trying to force me to pay is only R300 less then the original payment. This company really doesn't care about any of their clients, and i seriously recommend looking for any other bank to get financed through before choosing mfc because they just a bunch of c....
